Mr. Romanik is the President of Verenex Capital Corp., a private investment company, and serves as investor relations representative for Pebble Creek Mining Ltd. (TSXV:PEB).  In addition, Mr. Romanik is involved in residential real estate development and owns several residential and commercial properties. Mr.Romanik completed the Canadian Securities Institute’s Canadian Securities Course in July 2006.
